- Conducting necessary documents for the goods to be exported under export regulations,
- Determining CTSP (Customs Tariff Statistics Position) process on the goods to be exported, Delivering necessary papers and documents of the goods to be exported to the relevant authorities and organisations and tracking,
- Making registrations to the exports associations according to the type of goods,
- Preparation, procurement and follow up of documents required by the Purchaser Company during exportation process (such as Certificate of Health, Check Certificate, A.TR Certificate, EUR-1 Certificate, Certificate of Origin, transactions and deeds as approved by the relevant consulate etc.)
- Issuance of a statement on computer and concluding operational processes,
- Follow up temporary exports transactions and document periods (inward processing authorization certificate, goods etc.),
- Conducting necessary process for the release of guarantees,
- Concluding certificate of clearance outward,
- Delivering submission form and exporter's copy of the completed certificate of clearance outward to the company.
